40min including warm up and cool down. “Point to Point”
or over undulating terrain and
go hard uphill and recover on the downhill.

Run
Wednesday
30-40min easy running (just
above long run pace)

Intervals
Thursday
6-8 X 500m repeats with a
walk recovery in between

Tempo
Saturday
30min. Building to hard for
last 15min

Long Run
Sunday
70-75min including some
hills


Wow hard week with the Mrs parents in town. Time to plan this out
